Welcome ladies and gentlemen, and a special welcome to the first year
students. My name is Jacob Hansen, and I am about to start on my second year
here at Vejen Handelsskole. To day’s topic is bullying on the Internet.
Every person has admission to the Internet, and the Internet can be used
for a lot of good reasons. But there are also a lot of negative things about
the Internet, and the worst thing maid be “cyber bullying”. Cyber bullying is
when a person sending or posting malicious text or images on the Internet, only
with purpose to harm another person.
Cyber bullying has not been a problem on our school, but we have to get
it exterminated. And that is what I am going to talk about to day.
It's a little odd to give a speech about something that the speaker says has NOT been a problem. Will that make people listen? That said, the speaker (you) gives a good introduction of himself and the topic, and should then proceed to make an argument or an emotional appeal. That part of your text would need expansion.
